About Tremor
The Tremor is a ride-on sex toy built from the ground up with a lightweight, white, A-frame sleek base and all digital controls and motors for more granular precise control.
While at the core other products function similarly, some key differences in The Tremor we find the most important are:
- The A-Frame Design. Which in our testing is more comfortable for riders than the more cylindrical shape of other products.
- Removable Silicone Comfort Pad. We have found this to be one of the most popular features over competitive products. We made The Tremor easy to clean; and if you desire share with other users. The removable Comfort Pad is made of Silicone; it's easily removed, cleaned, and even exchanged between uses. Competitive products material is not removable between uses and has to be wiped clean.
- Single Handed Wired Remote. Users simply love the design of the Tremor remote control; it's designed for even the smallest of hands to be able to control the product with digital accuracy with a single hand. The control knobs are exactly like those on an electric guitar with a smooth simple and sensitive touch to adjust the speed of the vibration and rotation without loosing focus on what's important.
- Weight. The Tremor weighs a mere 13.5 Pounds; which is substantially lighter than any other product in the space.
- Motor Speed. The Tremor employs, like similar products, two motors the Rock (vibration) motor vibrates from 0-160 RPM; and the Roll (rotation) motor can up up to 7,000 RPM.
- Full 10 year warranty. The best in the industry!
- Value. The Tremor is 100's of dollars less than competitive products with a number of well thought out features and functions that simply aren't available in other products.

The Tremor is uniquely designed with not only silicone attachments but also a removable silicone comfort pad. To clean simply remove the attachments and pad and wash with hot water and a non-abrasive soap; the attachments and pad are also dishwasher safe.
The Tremor is made of ABS plastic; while it can handle up to 900 pounds of direct pressure it only weighs a mere 13.5 pounds.
Its deminsions are 12" (305mm) x 12" (305mm) x 10" (254mm) tall.
We currently sell 8 Tremor attachments. All are 100% silicone and compatible with Sybian® and Motorbunny®.
The Tremor licensed the "contact piece" from Sybian®; therefore all current attachments manufactured by and for use on a Sybian® are compatible with The Tremor for both rotation and vibration. This also means that Tremor attachments are compatible with current Sybian® devices.

Shipping Policies
Orders received before 2 pm CST are usually shipped the same day! We ship via UPS and the United State Postal Service.
Your Tremor will arrive in a plain box simply marked "FRAGILE".
We can ship anywhere in the world! If shipping to a country other than the United States, please be aware of any restrictions your country may have on sexual health products.
Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is always FREE for Tremor Packages.
Curious what international shipping charges are? Just put your items in the cart and enter your address like you are beginning the checkout process. Please note that the price you see is shipping only and does not included taxes and/or duties which may be due upon the packages arrival.
Orders placed by 2 pm CST are usually shipped the same day. Domestic shipping can take between 1 and 5 days depending on your location and which shipping method you choose. International orders usually arrive in the country of delivery in 2 to 4 days but actual delivery of the package will take longer.
We do not require a signature for delivery but your package will be insured. We encourage you to check your tracking and be available to retrieve your package once it is delivered.

Returns and exchanges
At Tremor we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Return the machine within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a $75 handling fee.
*Refunds are given for the cost of the machine and any unopened attachments only (minus the $75 handling fee). Please do not return opened attachments or comfort pads.
You can ship your Tremor back to us via any method you prefer. You are responsible for cost of the return shipping.

If possible, use the original packaging material/boxes to prevent damage during transit and do not return any used opened attachments - just discard. Include your name and date of purchase to expedite your return.
